Surf To Taban City

Next, equip yourself with SURF and swim west.

TABAN CITY is your next destination. There is not much to see and do here.

The Gym Leader is SHIJIMA.

In the gym, there are boulders that you must move to get to him so equip yourself with STRENGTH.

Beat Shijima and you'll get TM 01 - Explosive Punch. You'll also be able to control Pokemon up to level 70.

You've now earned the SHOCK BADGE.

Before you leave, don't forget to talk to the lady outside the gym for HM 02 - FLY. Now... swim back to ASAGI CITY.
